⒈处理工艺选择
_Selection of treatment process
由于医院污水与城市污水水质类似,比单纯的生活污水水质浓度要低,可生化性强,同时要考虑到去除氨氮,拟采用国家环保(http://www.maoyihang.com/invest/l_197/)总局推荐的生物接触氧化法进行处理,该法可以有效的去除有机污染,已在实际中长期使用,工艺比较成熟。
As the qualIT(http://www.maoyihang.com/invest/l_187/)y of hospital sewage is similar to that of municipal sewage, it has lower concentration and stronger biodegradability than that of domestic sewage. Considering the removal of ammonia nitrogen, the biological contact oxidation method recommended by the State Environmental Protection Administration (SEPA) is proposed to be used to treat hospital sewage. This method can effectively remove organic pollution and has been used in practice for a long time, and the process is relatively mature.
生物接触氧化法是活性污泥法与生物滤池结合的生物膜法,曝气滤池中填充填料,采用水下曝气机曝气,经曝气的污水流经填料层使填料表面长满生物膜,微生物部分固着、部分悬浮,污水和生物膜接触,在生物膜的生化作用下,污水得到净化,生物接触氧化法兼有活性污泥法和生物膜法的优点。
Biological contact oxidation is a biofilm method combining activated sludge process with biological filter. The aerated filter is filled with fillers, aerated by underwater aerator, and the aerated sewage flows through the filler layer to make the surface of the filler full of biofilm. The microorganisms are partially fixed and partially suspended, and the sewage contacts with the biofilm. Under the biochemical action of the biofilm, the sewage is purified. Biological contact oxidation method combines with biological contact oxidation method. It has the advantages of activated sludge method and biofilm method.
⒉污水污泥处理工艺说明
Explanation of sewage sludge treatment process
⑴污水预处理:本方案采用水解酸化池作为预处理,调和水质水量,为下级处理创造有利条件。
(1) Sewage pretreatment: Hydrolysis acidification tank is used as pretreatment to adjust water quality and quantity to create favorable conditions for lower treatment.
⑵污水强化处理:混合接触氧化曝气池,斜沉淀池作为二级强化处理,*去除有机污物、悬浮物。
(2) Strengthened sewage treatment: mixed contact oxidation aeration tank, inclined sedimentation tank as a secondary enhanced treatment,* removal of organic pollutants, suspended solids.
⑶污水后续处理:采用二氧化氯灭菌法,杀灭病毒。

⑷污泥处理:本方案包括污泥的脱水与灭菌。
(4) Sludge treatment: This scheme includes sludge dewatering and sterilization.
⒊工艺流程说明
_Process flow description
医院污水经过化粪池和格栅后自流入调节池,用污水泵将污水提升进入生物接触氧化池,顺序自流入二沉池和接触消毒池后达标排放。
After passing through septic tank and grille, hospital sewage flows into regulating tank. Sewage is lifted into biological contact oxidation tank by sewage pump. Sewage is discharged into secondary sedimentation tank and contact disinfection tank in order.
⒋处理工艺特点

⑴该工艺是国内污水处理(http://www.maoyihang.com/invest/l_197/)较先进、成熟的处理工艺,能*污水处理稳定达标。

⑵该工艺流程简洁明了,处理效果稳定且操作维修方便。

手术室污水处理设备(http://www.maoyihang.com/invest/l_168/)对应故障的排除的方法:1、使用尼龙的清洗刀,除去进料口的泥2、完成这个周期,减少滤板容积3、检查滤布,清理排水口,检查出口,打开相应阀门,释放压力4 、仔细清理滤板,修复滤板滤板的修复技术如下:滤板在使用几年后,由于某种原因,使得边角处冲刷出一些沟痕来。沟痕一旦出现,就会迅速扩大,直*影响到滤饼的形成。一开始滤饼变软,之后变成半稀泥状,*后滤饼无法成形。由于滤板材料特殊,难于修补,只能换新的,所以造成了高昂的备件费消耗。具体修复方法如下:修复步骤:1、清理沟槽,漏出新鲜面来,可用小锯条等清理。2、黑白两种修补剂按 1:1 的比例调配好。3、把调配好的修补剂涂在沟槽上,涂满稍高。4、迅速套好滤布,将滤板挤在一起,使修补剂和滤布粘在一起,同时挤平沟槽。5、挤压一段时间后,粘胶自然成型,不再变化,此时便可以正常使用了。

Quickly cover the filter cloth, squeeze the filter board together, make the repairing agent and the filter cloth stick together, and squash the groove at the same time. 5. After extrusion for a period of time, the viscose will be formed naturally, and will not change any more. At this time, it can be used normally.
五、液压系统的故障。板框压滤机的液压系统主要是提供压力的,当油腔A 注油增多时活塞向左运动(http://www.maoyihang.com/invest/l_196/),压迫滤板使之密闭。当油腔B 注油增多时活塞向右运动,滤板松开。由于制造精密, 液压系统故障较少,只要注意日常维护就可以了。尽管如此,由于磨损的缘故,每过一年左右就会出现漏油现象,这时就要维修更换如图所示的O 形密封圈。常见的液压故障还有压力保持不住和液压缸推进不合适。造成不能保持压力的原因主要有漏油、O 形环磨损以及电磁阀不正常工作等,常用处理办法是卸下并检查阀门、更换O 形环、清洗检查电磁阀或更换电磁阀。液压缸推进不合适是显然是空气被封在内部了,这时只要系统抽气就可以了,一般可以迅速解决。

The common treatment methods are to unload and check valves, replace O-ring, clean and check solenoid valves or replace solenoid valves. If the hydraulic cylinder is not propelled properly, it is obvious that the air is sealed inside. At this time, as long as the system is exhausted, it can generally be solved quickly.
